A good painjob on a bumpe can run upwards of 150-200 bucks so it doesn't seem all that high.

Isnt Urethane more expensive than Fiberglass anyway? I've never seen a urethane kit on ebay for 350.

the auction says rear but then through out the auction says front and all 4 pieces, but im assuming its for just the rear. 250 is an awesome price.

I think my bumper is a pretty good deal. It urethane not fiberglass and is paint which was 200.00 as Mattchew already said. Plus its already fitted so it will bolt right up.
