I have a set of Bomex mirrors that I decided to sell because I do not want to paint them and I need some money so that I can buy my mom a volkswagen beetle for her 50th birthday in october. They are actually a lot nicer than they were when i got them because they have custom fiberglass work done to them. The inside of then mirrors come wide open from bomex and are just plain ugly. I had the gap left by bomex completely covered for a much more smooth look. These retail for $459.00. Mine have custom fiberglass work done to them, but I will take $400 plus shipping. look at the webpage that you attached to this thread, it clear says $285.00, also, look at the picture of the bomex mirror turned around, you will see the need for fiberglass work because the inside of the mirror is unsightly. Would it not stand to reason that if you paid $285 for something and had custom work done to it it would be at least worth market value.
