I desperately want my Eclipse back on the rode. I need a running engine I can swap in badly. Please reply if any of yall are selling one. I live in TX.

Bump... I know some has to have an old one laying around. I don't care if it smokes, burns oil, high mileage, etc. I just need one that runs!

I got a block and head you can turn into a performace motor if u want. ot just take it and bore it out and throw in stock internals that I have. Just trying to help cause I know the feeling

Thanks, but I won't a motor that already is running. I just don't have the time to rebuild or anything anymore. Its kind of sad. I'm pretty desperate. I called a whole bunch of junkyards and their cheapest prices are $800 with no garuntee that they would even work. I just want my car to run again. But as cheap and quick as possible. Usually I see used motors on this site all the time, but when I need one, theres none to be found.

I saw this on ebay complete with 67,000 mile 60 day warranty and hes in MA buy it now 975.00 very good price IMO

That looks like a good deal, but after shipping the price isn't a good at all. I'm hoping I can find one for less than $700 after shipping. Right now my life really sucks. Other than the engine I'm in desperate need of, my 11 year old dog died earlier tonight of old age.:-(

Hey Schoeby from ASOG is doing a 2.4 swap.. he will have a 420A avail really soon. The engine is in great shape. His name is James. Only problem is he is in Canada but I'm sure you can work something out.

I'm shure shipping a motor from Canada would cost more than the thing is worth. But I thank you for the advice, I will speak to him and see what he says. I just want this thing back on the road as soon as possible. Anyone else about to get rid of a working engine?

Dude I tryed replying but the email bounced. I could put together a motor for you less the AC PS and alternation and TB but the parts would have to be bored.

Blitzclipse, says he has one to sell to me. If that deal falls through, I will let you know. I appreciate all of yalls help very much!
