Apparently he hangs out there. email him again, and see if you can get his ip address. hotmail will usually keep it in a header if you have your settings set right.

I told him that if he was at HOME!!! to flip over the turbo and put a quarter by the compressor outlet so i can compare something before i decided to buy it. this will let us know if he's at home, and when i get his message back it should include his HOME IP address. we can track anything in the united states with an ip right to a building. I say we beat his ass and destroy his shack. burn baby, we don't need no water!!!

dude. he pwn3d you. if you don't do something, like, send him tons of pranks or something then it is an excuse for all scammers. I can pretend to sell him something for 450 and not give it. setup a fake email account and use a public computer. make him send a money order to the police station. then, go pick it up, and when he tries to cause trouble, then there shouldn't be any problems! Or have it sent to your old highschool or somethin.

did u use a credit card to pay thru paypal? If so, call the credit card company and dispute the charges within 30 days and u will get the money back. I did this when fasterGS ripped me off and never shipped the rims I paid for. I didnt lose a dime.

if you paid via paypal with a credit card you can contest the payment. they will then recredit your account and then paypal will have to go through your credit card company and the card company will not give back the money. i did that and got my money back.
