i just stopped at the honda graveyard in my area and was disapointed to find no 2g's at all, but i was excited to find no less than 3 sohc neons with transmissions. At this point I am trying to see who's buying and also at the same i found about 12 1g's all different years so if anyone has any requests for parts from these let me know. once i find some intrest in this stuff i will contact the guy and let him know to start holding parts for me.
i believe the first tranny might be taken but the other 2 are first come.

ill take one depending on what year neon it came from. i definetly am intested in one of the trannies.

right now the guy is sitting at $350 and then i will be taking care of shipping personnally since he doesn't ship outside of the area, probably through airborne express so i can't imagine it being more than $70.

well if i were to get it, i'd need a stock eclipse bellhousinf since mine is toast. Also do the neon trannies us the same differential? I think AI may be better off holding out for an eclipe/talon/avenger tranny.

everything is the same except that the neons use a cable clutch system. I don't have a bell housing from a 2gnt at all since I am doint the swap also. But if you were to get a hold of the bell housing it would help you with your turbo to get a better gear ratio.
