45754, Lookin for a Cheap CAP

I'm about to put a second amp in my car. Nothing special just some cheap flea market POS. However, My MTX 280 and 2 10" subs already cause my headlights to flash with the bass so I figure I need a CAP.
Anyone got one REALLLLL Cheap?
