IS it already wired up for use in our cars? How hard would it be to install on another 420a vehicle? Thanks!

Nop matter what's been wired you will still have to cut the coil pack harness and run wires to the CD Box and then to the coil, littl estuff like power and ground from there. At least the dip switches should be set for you.
