what exactly are premium rotor? cross-drilled or slotted? anyways they come with calipers, pads and the rotors for 275? not bad, might be interested soon.

premium is the Rabestos rotor.. while the standard is like a uncle bill brand u know.. so they are both still a stock replacement just quality on the premium will be better..

Here are the pics of the loaded dual piston calipers. Lot bigger/heavier than I expected! BTW, Dave(spooledupracing) is a good guy, and trustworthy. I have spent over 800 bucks with him in the past month, and always got the items very quick. Thanks again Dave!

Possible Group Buy?

Hate to be bogus but I know of a better deal from DSM motorsports for $120 GSX rebuilt calipers no core charge. And if you want to spend more, $260 from Dsm motorsports you get GSX brakes and EBC green brake pads. I think even local auto part stores sell them for $150 core charge and you can just give them your stock single piston calipers. They have no clue whats going on.

the deal will go on till I can get them at this cost (should be awhile I would think)

btw your price for 120.00 on the calipers are per piece this is 215 for BOTH WITH pads and mounting brackets.. at 215 u get the COMPLETE caliper assembly with pads and there is NO core...
then for 260.00 u get everything above + standard rotors, and for 275.00 you geteverything stated above exept replace the standard rotors with premium rotors...

trust me you cant get the calipers any cheeper.. that is under 100.00 a piece for each LOADED caliper (then the shipping charge) preaty good deal if u ask me

here guys I did the work for you... I used the two famous places that I am sure everyone has around them.. Autozone and Advanced Auto and the prices are AS follows

Autozone:
loaded frt calipers 108.99 + 23.00 core = 131.99 EACH
Rotors either 43.99 a piece or 59.99 a piece

Advanced Auto:
loaded frt calipers 122.88 + 50.00 core piece
rotors 56.99 or 66.88 a piece

so now u have it.. all the work is done for you..
the priciest kits I have is still better then the cheepest setup u could buy from these guys

no sorry I dont... I will have a pic should be today of the rabestos rotors since XtremeRS bought some form me.. but I dont have any standards to show you...

I am sure they will look the same.. it is the brand that is different.. so prolly quality as well since Rabestos is a well known brake brand

OK well I came into a glitch with part numbers and some prices had to be changed...

the new prices are as follows
Calipers (pair) $215.00 shipped
Calipers with standard rotors (full kit both sides) $275.00 shipped
Calipers with premium rotors (full kit both sides) $325.00 shipped

the 98 calipers wont bolt tothe 98 rotors so the 97 rotors are needed... although the price increas on the 97 rotors are quite abit more in proce form the 98 rotors

so here is to figuring out the glitch and getting it nipped in the but.. now I KNOW this kit will work 100% me and XtremeRS just physically put the set on

No, I wouldnt bother with rear discs. I think its largely cosmetic.

I beg to differ. I've driven many cars with rear drums, and the bite those give compared to my rear disk is trememdous. It not HUUUUUUUUUGE as in Grand Canyon, but you can notice a difference in the break "bite."

Ever thought about also adding an option to get some ss brake lines with that kit for some more cash?

I already have my set, very nice Russell lines with sheathing outside the SS braid, so it wont be able to saw through any of my suspension parts

Yes I do sell the Russel SS brake lines... for those of u who bought (or buy) the GSX front brake kit (any of the 3 kits offered) I will give u the deal..

Russel SS brake lines:

I will also be doing the rear brakes here prolly this week (I just want to gather all the CORRECT info and collect a price list on ALL the parts and then offer it

all parts in stock ready to go... I will try to get more prices see if I can beat that (which is well possible) but I know it wont be a HUGE brake

ok here is the update.... above was 600+ shipping (roughly 50.00 shp)

if I buy from 3 different places (all 3 r warehouses I deal with)

I can get the cost down to 600 shipped

now the way to do this if anyone is interested would be for me to order all the parts, collect them here then send them in one load to you... otherwise it would take longer and u would be receiving them from 3 different places

IMo the rears are not NEEDED.. but I do offer them.. however my decision on what u need is based on what the dealers told me is different.. from what I know u need the dust shields, ebrake lines, calipers, rotors, pads, ebrake stuff, hardware kit, brake lines, and that is about it...

the cost on the rears were 600.00 shipped... so add the front prices and u have yer total.. but again I dont think the rears are NESSECARY by any means.. u gdo the GSX front conversion and u will understand why.. they are a GREAT upgrade from the crappy smaller GS/RS stuff

My pedal seems to be alot softer now, is that common with the GSX upgrade? I am pretty sure they are bled good enough. I also have good brakes, just wiht a softer pedal.
