I have a completely stock 1996 gs that threw a rod. It has 115,000 miles. the car needs a new block and the motor rebuilt. the tranny is good as with the rest of the car. there is a dent in the back bumper(picture below).

Yeah. x( Towing costs to my place would double the price! $1000 is fair if the body is in good condition.

acebrooks44 i was originally going to sell it with no tranny or rear brakes but i decided not to. that is why i was originally asking $500. the body is in great shape. i don't really want to go lower that $1000. i've already dropped the price from $1500

I say go to the car DarkOne. If it were any closer, I would be fucking going after it. For $1000, that's a damn clean car. One might even think about taking their working motor out and putting it into that car imo...

yeah. I'm already working it out with the guy to buy it. Title is clean. I even have someone fairly close to the guy willing to pick it up and hold it for me..

I'd say its as good as sold.
