41700, FS: Wideband o2 set-up....Tenatively...see details inside Posted by tim97rs, Apr-22-04 05:37 AM
okay, heres the deal i got a wideband from DSMtrader.com but got screwed in the process, long story!
Anyway, what i have is a used Techedge v1.5 with L1H1 sensor and dash mount read-out for wideband readings.
When i got this it had some questionable connections and head-scratching soldering. it was NOT what i was told by the seller. So, i have gone thru it and fixed the shoddy soldering jobs, replaced the end panels and attached some new plugs and connectors. The circit board itself looks good. it was NOT a DIY job. the bad soldering was on the connectors. it looked like the seller did some weird things with them. However they are fixed now.
This unit will be tested by me on my car and confirmed buy a brand new innovate motorsports wideband for accuracy before i sell it OR take any money. i hope to get to ths within the next week or two. (i still have to drill and weld up the sensor bung on my downpipe)
i paid 350.00 for and am not looking to get a profit, just enough to cover my loss minus the new parts. i will post pics in the next day or so once i get it all together.
