I have a guy here in town that builds those rock climbing jeeps and he said that he could build 3" stainless steel downpipes for like 200 or so. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Its probably gonna be 2 pieces tig welded and he has built some crazy things. He was on one of those shows on discovery chanel. He is awesome at building stuff and it is gonna be mandrel bent

Truthfully I'd buy one if it were possible for $200. But sadly, it isn't. Why don't you talk him into making 2.5" downpipes for $200 instead? That's more realistic.
