i was goin to tell ya those kumos are the cheapest things you are goin to find. the price ya pay for 18"s. i had the 712 which are 96 bucks on tirerack and they were a great tire and i'm gettin them again b/c i liked them soo much. next cheapest thing is steal some 18" rims with good tires

darn, no 225/40's? thats a good price too, i use to pay 110 for 17's. i love those tires because its so darn durable. see, i live in NYC, bad potholes. had popped 5 sumitomos htrzII's in less than 3 months. so i am pretty skeptical on anything thats not falken. thats jus me but i am still interested to hear how the kuhnmo 711's handle potholes. thanks guys.

i wouldnt recommend kumho 711s for their strenghth. the 712s which are a little more expensive have a stronger sidewall and would be better for the city driving IMO.
