For the record, I'm not out to prove anything to anyone, I'm not out to compare my car against anyone elses. I'm just someone who wanted to build a stage 5 and got kicked out so I couldn't finish. That's IT! NOTHING MORE TO IT! So to all the people talking trash about the car...quit wasting your time. Every mod can be visually verified except the engine internals for which I can show a receipt from Triad Engine. Every mod can be priced online and you'll find many prices are BELOW retail.

I'm sure some people would have taken a different route in modifying this car and maybe know places to get better prices than what I paid or perhaps better parts! Well, more power to you. Wish I had met you earlier. Unfortunately, what's done is done and the car is for sale. No, I will not part it out...it's too integrated.

The time I bought the altezzas, the retail was $300...this was over 2 years ago. I figured $260 was a good deal at the time. If you check around online and go to manufacturer websites, you'll find there is not a single price listed that isn't lower than retail at the time I bought it and in many cases currently.

The car's bid when you last checked on the original auction was $3,000. I did have a reserve price though. I sure as HELL would not take that low.

Prices have dropped a good bit since I bought these items almost 2 years ago...and the rims 3 years ago...the rims aren't even made anymore...they're very rare.

The ad says "stage 5 drag project". A project as defined by dictionary.com is: "That which is projected or designed; something intended or devised; a scheme; a design; a plan."

Usage: "A project is something of a practical nature thrown out for consideration as to its being done. A design is a project when matured and settled, as a thing to be accomplished."

Note the definition indicates something that is intended, designed, or planned, not something that is completed. Enough said.

So I misused a word. If I knew so much about cars, would I have had to pay 3 shops to modify it for a ridiculous amount of $? I don't even have tools, lol. I've been corrected about the usage of stroked/bored many times already. I just forgot to correct it on the relist on ebay. And another person said it really can't be stroked to 2.2L only something like 2.143...can't remember the exact number. All I know is that the kit was called a 2.2L kit. If I was deceived, oh well...too late. All that matters now is that the car has to be sold ASAP.

I didn't think it would be, but hey...I'm desperate. The car really needs to be sold this month since I have to move out by Feb 5th.

my problem with the listing is he says its a stage 5 project when its not, to say its stage 5 ready is VERY misleading, I could post my car on ebay and say its stage 5 ready all you gotta do is get everything to upgrade it from where it is now. Thats exactly what hes doing. If he stated it was an eclipse drag project car, thats a whole nother story, but he's using the "stage 5" as a selling point.

You are bidding on a 1995 Eclipse RS with almost $17,000 in modifications. I bought this car to build a 10 second drag car with 500+ HP. It is fully built for a stage 5 turbo (30+ psi), has 500HP drag axles, a racing limited slip, and a Standalone fuel management system and is currently nitrous equipped (100shot NX) to hold me over until I got the stage 5 kit. No, I didn't piss my parent off. He's always pissed on his own. Actually my dad went through a midlife crisis, married a 25 yr old woman from Ukraine with a kid, got her pregnant, and now has 2 kids living here and then there's ME. If you would take a few minutes of your time, you can find prices higher than those on the internet. Also, contacting my high bidder would be obstruction of solicitation AND slander. This is illegal and charges can be pressed if the buyer chooses to back out of the sale and you have indeed contacted them at that point. This is the same as standing in front of Old Navy and saying their products are bad and not to buy them...they would have you arrested immediately. I'm NOT playing. I WILL sue you for the reserve price of the car if you interfere with my auction in any way.

I didn't come here to argue with you. I came here to sell my car or find some avenue of getting the word out about the car so SOMEONE SOMEWHERE could buy it and hopefully complete it.
