I dun have the conversion, but I have a set of rear rotors I could sell u. they are power stop slotted rotors.

what is needed? I am parting out my car and have all the rear stuff but no brake line, pads, rotors. Give me a list and what you want to spend.

they sell the conversions for like $225 shipped. They would probably just sell you the hubs and calipers since you have rotors.

For $250 I could get you the rear disc brake setup as well as the rear sway bar and the lower control arms to convert.
