Are they just the caliper's or do they have the brackets too?

GSX calipers will bolt right onto a GS/RS without brackets. The mounting holes are the same. Problem is, you'll get less gripping surface. This being because GS/RS rotors are 10-1/4" stock and GSX rotors are 10-3/4" stock.
Brackets are mainly needed to go to a larger than stock rotor, as with the case of the AEM's. These brackets are part of the AEM big brake kit.

Got a BRAND new pair of BREMBO xdrilled/slotted and zinc plated front GSX rotors, and a brand new pair of Axxis/metalmaster brake pads, also for the GSX. All you'd need is calipers...
