I am selling my Alpine CVA-1005 Multimedia headunit and Panasonic CX-DV1500 dvd player because I dont think Ive used it other than for radio and cds in about 6 months. The Alpine is about 3 years old and the dvd player is about 1 year old. I paid 1500 for the Alpine and about 650 for the panasonic. Im wanting to get about $1000 obo for them together. Ill also take trade for some aftermarket parts or another alpine headunit CD player with Ai net controls (a must). It doesnt need to have a built in amp i wont be using it. Everything works great. The only problem with the Alpine is the screen doesnt open up all by itself anymore. If you help it along a bit it will start to go by itself. I had alpine fix this once when it was under warrenty but they said it will happen again as the motors start to go bad. You can get it fixed again now for about $75, but expect it to do it again. Even there new $2500 unit do the same thing after a while. The dvd player has some scratches on the top of it because i have it mounted under my passenger seat and it rubs it just a bit when the seat is moved forward or back. Not enough to hurt anything.
