i just wanted to konw if anyone has ever bought anything from this guy, he found my add on 2gnt for wanting a blitz front, well, i mailed him the check, got it cashed it, and we were still talking and he said he was gonna send it out the next day ( that was tuesday ) and i havnt heard from him since, and stupidly i never got his phone number, and its unlisted so i cant get it, i guess ill write him a letter or something, just wanted to konw if anyone had ever bought ne thing from him ... thx i dont feel like being jacked 300 bucks for a blitz front and high side skirts

If he doesn't follow through he has commited mail fraud and you have his name and address to give to the police.

say what now ? i was wondering if i could do something like that, like dispute the charges, but its a check so i wasnt sure, id love to do that, and what would i do call the police and tell them what he did ??

Yes he IM'd me also saying he had parts for sale. Never sent him money though. I don't even consider buying from people like him though.
