- THESE WILL FIT 95-99 ECLIPSE NON TURBO, AND 2.0L DOHC NEONS .
- GEARS CAN BE ADVANCED OR RETARDED UP TO 10 DEGREES EACH WAY IN ONE DEGREE INERVALS
- CNC MACHINED FROM 6061 T-6 BILLET ALUMINUM
- INCREASE HORSEPOWER AND TORQUE WITHOUT CAM CHANGES

what color?...if they are blue...consider them sold!
do they come with new 8 grade hardware?

Hey talon, the parts number is 23-650C and the C at the end stands for Clear. Blue would have a B and Red would have an R. :)
And yea, I want to know about the grade 8 bolts as well.
