They need to be cleaned up and possibly repainted. (especially if your car is not black). One of the small pieces that mounts in the front accidently got hit with a mist of cayanne red and I didn't bother to clean it off thinking I would be repainting them down the road.

I'm getting ready to move and just need the money and don't have time to fuck with these right now.

BTW...I'm still interested, but your asking for 150 and you said they they have some paint on them, BUT there's no pic??? How do I know how bad the paint is. I have a black car and would buy them if i can see a pic and know if i have to repaint them or not. Try and get a pic.

Well bro, I can take that paint off myself if I felt like it, but these are used from another person and they have some scuff marks and stuff on them from normal wear and tear....I bought them with the intentions of having to completely repaint them no matter what (due to color)...
