Howell says you need the gst mounting brackets does ^^ come with those and if not where can i get some for cheap. Thanks,

My walbro was a direct replacement. I didn't add anything and the only thing I took out was the old pump.

hmm.. so why does it say on the howell site that i need to get gst mounting brackets?

Not a clue. Maybe it's not the same pump. Check the part number. I don't know what part number mine is, but someone around here should know it.
Better yet, you could call howell and ask them why it says you need the bracket. If you get the right Walbro pump, it will be a direct replacement.
