for some odd reason it sent the email back to me about the tie bar.
this is what i typed in the email...
dude. im just letting you know. it cost $79 new from RRE. i used it for a few months, it does have some scratchs on it, but overall you can buy the bolt, and nut or whatever for $10 or less from home depot etc. so the price of $15 is fair man.. i really dont want to sell it. but i need the money.
