I used it once to but in dual TI valve springs and it worked great could not have been easier to use. So it comes with the plate, screws, and cup. Im looking for 50$ shipped obo. Also I do have a good complete (cams, cam gears, lifters, rockers, ect) head with only 10,000 miles on it (put a stage 3 on). I will throw in the valve spring tool if you buy the head 125$ shipped in side the USA. | |
