I finally upgraded to coilovers and need to sell my H&R Sport springs:





That is part number 52963. They are technically for the 1995-1999 AWD, but I've been using them on my 2GNT for years. I believe that they are a little stiffer in the rear than the 2WD spring. They are supposed to lower 1.7" in the front and 1.4" in the rear. Here is a picture of my car with them:

Do you know the spring rates

Standard spring rate for 52963. I don't see it stated on the H&R website, so I think you'd have to call them.
