I have a Star Stage II kit that seems to have lost a few pieces over the years. I know that I need an intercooler pipe and some silicone couplers/clamps if anyone has them. Is Star still selling turbo kits? If so, do you think they would sell me what I need. I can't seem to find their website anymore.

I believe the piping is 2.5". Here is a picture of the piece that I need:

probably not.. you'll most likely have to fab it up yourself out of a mandrel bent alum kit on ebay

Yeah I was thinking of getting an eBay kit like you mentioned. If I do end up doing that, it is 2.5" OD piping in the Star kit, right? I suppose I could go out to the garage and measure it... LOL.

If anyone has any spare IC pipes laying around, let me know before I head over to eBay.

Also, does anyone have a web link to star's stage 2 turbo kit? Are they still in business or am I just too dumb to find it?

Shit! I just ordered an ebay IC pipe kit, being fairly certain that Star used 2.5" pipe... I decided while I was in the garage today to go ahead and actually measure it. Sure enough, I'm an idiot and it's 2.25" so that means I just ordered the wrong thing. I'm trying to contact the seller to have them cancel the order but I already sent paypal payment. I doubt that I'll be that lucky. I guess I'll just have to order another 2.25" kit and I'll sell the 2.5" kit. Another need 2.5" IC pipe and/or silicone couplers?

Don't they make couplers that are smaller on one side so you can go from small to large?

Luckily the seller of the 2.5" kit finally got back to me and cancelled that order so all is well!
