The stupid antenna on the spyder will not retract. After breakign a few tabs and plastic pieces, I found the plastic belt that retract and lengthens the antenna had snapped near the base of the gear.

My options are to purchase a replacement power antenna or to replace the power antenna assembly with a stationary mast.

I doubt the dealer will just let me order the antenna by itself (I will still check), so I am looking for the someone to sell me either the power antenna w/ or w/o the motor assembly, or a whole stationary antenna w/ or without assembly.

When I say stationary antenna, I mean the black whip antenna.

if you just need the Antenna the silver thingy which goes up get it from the dealer. i got mine from norco. i think they call it the mask/mast?

Yeah that is what I need. Only the antenna and the belt. they quotes 53.48. Not sure if that is with discount or not, but does that sound abotu right?>

belt? i dont remember it very well since i did not replace mine recently. but the plastic thingy? the price should be lower with the socal dsm discount dude...
