I am in search for a complete wiring harness for my 95 RS. I'm unsure if all years are compatible and all models compatible as well. Please let me know if anyone has one. Thanks.

I believe the 97 ups had a different harness. Might be 98 up. I would check into it. When I had to replace my crank sensor, I had to have the dealership solder a new connector onto my harness because I could not find one for a 95.
I'm in the process of gutting another 95 to replace my shell (tree decided to do a belly flop on the roof of my original one). The lift I borrowed had a bad jack. If you still need it after I get the lift fixed, I'll get back with you. I'll have to use the spliced one for my sensor anyway.

Due to the pin outs of the ecu the 97 is for a 97 the 98 and 99 are interchangeable. As i have a 98 ecu in my 99. What is wrong with your harness?
Wait 95 is 95 specific IIRC. They have totally different ecus. And I do think the speed sensor is a round pin in those and not the flat.

Harness is hacked and spliced and an overall puzzle of a mess due to msns.

Ohh ok I got it. Make sure to inspect the wires. Mainly the ones over the egr tube.

So being as I have a 95, I am coming to the conclusion that I must use a 95 harness. Is this correct?
