I have an extra ECU from my 1996 Eagle talon manual trans, when I got the car it came with two and both work perfect.
$65.00 shipped
I also have stock talon tail lights with no center piece, no cracks or anything.

I added FS: to the beginning of your title - which is the rules.
I changed it for you this time, but be aware that a post can be locked for not displaying FS/WTB/GI in front of the title.
