420a #1: 1997. Scratches in oem bore, can be easily bored out .020.
420a #2: 1995. Neon SOHC with cosmetic hairline crack in deck webbing.
a604 #1: 1999. Blown clutch pack. Free final drive mod installed.
a604 #2: 1997. Unknown, probably a blown clutch pack or torque convertor.

is this just the bare block, or does it by some chance have stock pistons/rods?
