I have up for sale my spare msd dis 2 i had for my talon that i just sold and a vortech s-fmu with all the discs/ rings.

I do not have the tach adapter for the msd, so you will need that to hook it up to your eclipse/ talon/ avenger/ neon. It has the launch control, burnout, and max rev limit settings. Currently, burnout is set to 2700rpm, launch is set at 3500rpm, and max is set to ~7200rpm. They are adjustable via db9 serial cable on your laptop.

The vortech unit is the s-fmu. It comes with everything but the 2nd spring. I believe it is already set up for an eclipse on 8lbs, as i bought it off a member on here about a year ago.

As far as the edz block goes, i was planning on the 2.4 swap in my talon before i sold it. The block has been pressure checked and is good to go. I was piecing it together part by part when i sold my car. As of right now it has no pistons, rods, or accessories, but it has all of the sensors and i got new bolts and main bearings. It is loosely put together now, so you will need to tighten everything down when you get it.

The head is a great condition piece i pulled off my eclipse the first time i blew the ringlands. It is in pieces now and needs to be put back together and thoroughly cleaned due to the 4yrs of sitting and collecting dust.

Does the block have an oil pump on it and crank? Willing to ship the block?

It has the crank, bedplate, new main bearings, oil pickup, oil pump, and the balance shaft chain and sprocket. I also put new bolts in the bedplate, and i picked up some new bolts for i believe the water pump and such. I could ship the block, i really wasnt trying to, but buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Ive never shipped anything this size, so i have no idea what something like that runs. I will say that it is extremely heavy for something that has no accessories or internals.

When I bought a full engine from Gil a few years ago, it ended up being around $85 freight.

I was reading on another forum today and it was very very expensive toship something of this size and weight. I can check around tomorrow and see what kind of rates i can find and post results. Whats your zipcode?

Meh, I wouldn't go through all that trouble yet, I was just looking for a spare block.
