Powdercoated black with sparkle. Looks crazy at night. Suits the curves of eclipses perfectly. Loved them but they barely cleared the wilwoods and it made me uncomfortable. Discontinued item, haven't seen them around since the 90s. Two spin counterclockwise, the other two clockwise. One rear wheel needs a lot more weight than the others, I put that one on the rear and never felt any shimmy while on the freeway. I also have red powdercoated center caps.
