Then I contacted Modern Performance and they only have the upper and pcs of the lower. I also contacted several local Dodge dealers and Howell and they all have the same story. And its Mopar.

Of course that was back in like 05-06. I'll check it out. Is there any other reason other than price most people get the MOPAR instead?

They can order the head set, but didn't show a kit for the lower end just pcs like MP had. There is no bed plate o-ring etc. This is maddening!!
