I realized doing this kind of upgrade in California is not something I want to deal with and I'm tired of being pulled over as it is. All these items are less that 2 months old and have been sitting in my garage unused in stock packaging.

I am on a 2.4 swap running 16 lbs on a GT3076R in SoCal with no problems :thumbsup

I can understand that. I just bought a house also but I just need the washers and nuts for my ARP head studs to finish my build but it may be delayed awhile due to needing to get that house together.
