This is the intercooler setup I just replaced on my car. The core is 20x9x2.5 tube and fin with 2.5" inlet/outlet and it is a direct bolt in. All that you need to do is bolt in the bracket that will be provided and use the 3 other provided bolts to bolt into stock holes. All piping is 2.5" mandrel bends. The lower pipe will get you into the engine bay then you will have to go from there depending on your turbo. The upper pipe is a direct bolt in so long as your battery is not in the stock location. The RFL BOV is also included. There is a 1/8 NPT hole for the water injection nozzle that will need to be welded/plugged if you are not going to run water.

Yes I am from Puerto Rico, but it's still a good price with that ship. All FMIC I buy here come from outside so ship is always a factor and even if I buy an used one here the person selling it would have paid for the ship so that will factor in also on the resale price.

Does the BOV come of the piping? or is it welded on? cuz I already have a 50mm BOV..

The BOV is held on by 3 allen screws. It will come right off.

is by any chance tha BOV flange like the one of a 50mm BOV? just wanna know if my bov would work with that with out mayor modification...

He said it has 3 bolts, the one you are picturing is a V-Band.

The three screws are part of the BOV that tighten it on. They are just small screws not bolts like a Greddy flange. The flange is just a round flange but as said yours is a v-band so no it won't bolt right on.
