Well i pulled the motor out of my eclipse and just the motor so the trans is still just sitting in my garage. from a 98 gs 5 speed that had 120k on it no grinds at all was still in great condition. just looking for like $150 for someone to just come and pick this up.

you will need to build a crate out of 1/2" plywood and 2X4's.

It won't cost that much to ship. It only weighs 50 or so pounds.

I shipped an automatic which is much more heavier than a manual from Missouri to New Jersey for $80 through DHL.

just strap it on a pallet, shrink wrap it, tie it down. go to www.freightquote.com. fill out info. weigh it in at 100 lbs class 92.5 schedule pick up, you're good to go. also saves the recipient money if you drop it off at the carrier you choose. crates arent needed unless it can topel over.

Or just go get a large rubbermaid container and zip tie the lid shut in several spots.

That seems like a popular method on the neon boards, its hows my first 3.55 was shipped to me (with some packing material inside to pad it)

It was like $75-80 to ship via ups ground

damn good price...i wish you were selling this last year when i paid $400plus on a tranny for the 5spd swap in my venge. u have me considering another swap for the eclipse.
