I am in need of a 1998 Eclipse MTX ECU. Needs to have power lock and window options as well.

ECU had nothing to do with power locks. ETACS is the body moduel you want for that.

I dont see any ETACS letters on my PCM, or are you talking thats the # for the BCM?

Mike,
ECU (or PCM per the shop manual) is the under hood engine brain. The ETACS is inside the car by the inner fusebox and could be considered the BCM. The ECU under the hood has no relationship to power windows or locks.
