I am done for the season if I don't get a good trans, otherwise I will be back next season.


I am looking for a trans w/ Quaife LSD installed.

or

I am looking for a regular trans w/ under 100k miles, or a reman.

I am not rich so I would love so deals on prices.

Why dont you just have Crazy Ray pull a synchro out of one of their many tranny's for you. I am sure Crazy Ray wont charge you much.

Thank you. I was not trying to come off as a smart ass to this kid. All I was saying was that you were not going to find a trans at the price you wanted, you must be crazy.

Terry's price is a good price and the usual price you see for a good trans around here.

But just asking for a trans with a quaife for under 500 was funny.

i got a trans. has 13x,xxx miles on it, works great. im in pa, 18014. the trans is still in the car, if you local and could come pick it up/ help pull it, i would let it go cheaply, btw the motor is out so it will be easier to get the trans out.

I picked up a trans with 71k miles on it, and possibly a Viscious LSD. I will have to crack it open to see. eclipse982nrRST, sorry to say, but I am not crazy. I payed $200.

crackit open and check the diff. No such LSD in our tranny line. The Turbo cars had a viscous diff. Make sure you got the right trans too..lol Your not crazy, you just got lucky and got a trans for cheap. As long as there are no issues internally, you got lucky.

I might open her up this afternoon, It is a F5MC1 trans, It looks exactly like the one in my car. The 4g63 trans (I forgot the code) is a little longer than ours IIRC.


I will update in the NV-T350 forums and on DSMtuners.com as to what the verdict is.
