107627, FS: Unique Turbo Manifold Flanges in VA Posted by Corbin, Aug-21-07 03:07 PM
I had a few extra turbo manifold flanges cut while making my latest manifold. They are specifically for the 2GNT version of the 420A engine.

I designed these flanges myself and had them CNC machined from 3/8" thick 304L stainless steel. The perimeter design of the head flange is unique and is meant to isolate each runner. This is to prevent warping or buckling of the flange after repeated usage as well as shearing manifold bolts. I also believe that the curves yeild a more attractive finished manifold. I have four of the head flanges for sale at $80 each, shipped. I also had a divided T3 turbo inlet flange cut from the same material. The T3 flange is $40 shipped. I do guarantee fitment. I accept Paypal as well as checks. In most cases, I can ship the next business day following a cleared payment. All items will ship from VA.

intrested are they pre-gasket matched? or is there enough material there that you are able to match them to a ported head?

The ports are designed to match an OEM MLS manifold gasket. For me, that was 28.09mm X 53.58mm.
