*EDIT* Bumper lip has been sold. I still have the fender and 95-96 bumper up for grabs.
I bought this new when I done my front conversion and never put it on. I paid $175 shipped for it. It is urethane and very flexible. Trades also welcome or $110 shipped.

I also have an extra Eclipse passenger fender primered black. $65 shipped.
And a 95-96 ABS plastic Eclipse front bumper $30 to whoever picks it up.

I have the same lip and doubt that it would stretch 2 inches. It's really flexible but not stretchable. Hope that helps you.

No, it wont stretch. You would probably risk tearing it if attempted.

I can get an actual pic of it not attached to a bumper. Or I can dig up some pics off the net of different angles for ya.
The reason I bought it was because it kinda resembles the stillen bumper. I've decided not to go through the hassle of attaching it and spend a good chunk of money on an actual stillen.
I did test fit it on my bumper and everything lines up good. So there is not a poor fitment issue on these.
