102613, WTB: Trashed 2g hood sections... Posted by Pitchblack98, Jan-12-07 03:58 AM I'm wondering if anyone out there has a hood that has been hit, trashed, or is scrap. I need 2 of the humps cut out of the hood with about 3 inches of clearance around the bump. I'm building a custom hood for a project and need 2 humps. I would like 3 incase I mess one up, but I can do with 2. Let me know what you have and what you want for it shipped to Littleton, CO 80125. I'm having a hard time finding any 2g's in yards around me. I don't need the entire hood so shipping shouldn't be difficult. Even if you have one that has a little damage on the hump let me know and send me some pics. I may be able to smooth it out if its not too bad... Hook me up!

For the time being let me see if I can find a damaged hood. I'd hate to tear up a good hood that someone else could use if theirs got damage for just the humps. I will let everyone know in the next few days.

That will be the last option if I cant find one thats damaged to cut the hump out of.

Posted by shybuck, Jan-16-07 04:13 PM i got 1 sitting on the side of my house, its redish/pink, cause paint is so sun faded, and underside has rust holes around the edges, lol. But hump is GOOD! lol let me no its in massachusetts though, can cut it out and bring it home to michigan to save on shipping, if it hasnt been stolen or something. iIf that will work for you let me know ;)
