I can't recommend http://car-part.com enough for sourcing ECUs.
Just search nationwide and have them ship it. Total cost should be under $100 and most yards guarantee their parts.
The one you want is probably
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), w/o turbo; (left eng cmpt); MT; Fed, from 6/16/94
Just check the build date on your chassis.
