ok question, i have a 98 so my rail didnt have the fpr, im going to be running a turbo and know i need to disable it, i know the fuel enter through that barb like line, but what is that piece that is flanged for, what does that do? i dont have anything like that in my98??

Yeah, this one is a from a 95 which did not have a return system. The flange was for the high pressure fuel line to supply the rail.
