Anyone for a nice little meet this weekend (8-16-03) in chicago?
I'm at 950 miles so i can drive down there and we can make it a dyno session/tuning meet!!
besides what is cooler than hangin out with Whodatt? :P

boy...if you would have given me a little more notice I would have been down, maybe...but I do have the MIS nascar race this weekend too. Maybe some other time dude!

cool.. well i got the payroll database to work again.. hehe no now we can all get paid and I will have some $$ to pay for the dyno time.
anyone know of a good place to go to? the only one I have been to was the one Greg took me to the last time, but I have no idea where it is at or how to get there again :)

I can get us there again, so can travis, we worked on his trans down the street. I don't know who else is around and where though, never really looked into it.

I would so be down with meetin you guys, but unfortunatly we are going to the dells that weekend:(. Next summer after we get all the body work done I def. want to have a meet. Hopefully somewhere closer to me:).

im no good on sat the 16th til night time.. i work til like 7. ... but after that... and in regaurds to the dyno at FLP... i know where its at... i will post their number later.. theyre not open sunday unless you do a big group dyno day... we neither have the number or people for that nor do i have the money or desire to dyno my slow ass car. lol

Well guys nevermind.. my bad luck still holds. I'm SOO PISSED!!
was just going to leave work, put the car in reverse and then go to move forward, hear a loud crack and look down to see all my tranny fluid running down the ramp. I just busted my tranny wich is amazing since I was not beating on the car since I was braking it in.
I'm thinking the crappy lsd gave out or something.. Sorry guys looks like I'm stuck here. CRAP now to call a tow truck. more later.....

Which LSD?

well i got the NewSkool one cus a bunch of people at neon use it. and it holds fairly well. Well when i got mine I noticed it was different. he said that he had changed the design for better performance. even my mechanic who helped me with the instal was like "WTF" why did he change the design? this does not look very sturdy. but I went ahead and put it in. I will have lots of pics when the tranny commes appart... sux did not even get to crank up the boost :(
I had my wheels turned when it happened, that is why I think it was the LSD. we will find out for shure soon.
