what date can people make it
i was thinking the first weekend in August or maybe saturday the 26th of July.

Lets see what's up and get this thing going. I think it would be cool to go to carbon canyon state park in brea, off of lambert. there is a fee to park i thnk its like 5 dolla or something.

so is this going to be the BIG SOCAL MEET? set it up, i'm down, i would prefer sunday since i'm off but i can still do saturdays. except the first weekend of aug.

since kaiser can do sundays, I'll be down for sunday too, but earlier in the day is better for me. whatever you want to do I'm down

Hey, don't plan the meet around my schedule. Plan it around the majority. It would be nice on a sunday though. A cruise to the park, and a BBQ. Just like the song by Lighter shade of Brown.

What about Cerritos Regional Park? V6Performance.net had a meet there with about 60 cars. The park has quite a few parking lots, and it's all free parking. Someone also mentioned Whittier Narrows too. That's free parking also as far as I know.

Hi James... I live right across the street from Carbon Canyon State Park.
I can't do it the 26th, but the first weekend of August I am game... let me know by phone if you can, I don't follow the board much... Been really busy.

Okay reading thru everything I still say Carbon Canyon... We can do a canyon run into Chino Hills afte the meet. Plus Carbon Canyon is closer for Erik and Kiaser, they never go to meets cause all the stuff we do is always way out in Hollywood 'n stuff.

being that the turn out appears the same regardless of what date we pick, I am hereby assigning Sunday August 10th 2003 the official date of the next 2gnt meet.
Sooooo.

heres the info

When: Sunday, August 10th 2003
1:00 PM

Where: Cerritos Regional park
19800 Bloomfield Ave.
Cerritos, CA. 90703

Take Interstate 605 south to Interstate 91 East, exit the 91 at Bloomfield/Artesia, then take Bloomfield south to 195th Street, turn left, and the park is on the right.

Or take 605 and exit at Del Amo and head east. Then make a left on bloomfield and then a right onto 195th. Parking will be all along the right side.

I am planning on getting a picnic area facing or near to 195th. There is alot of parking so just look for alot of 2gnt's. I'll park my car facing the street to help people locate us.

What: 2gnt meet and BBQ.
Bring some food or drink, whatever you want to BBQ and snacks
and crap.

Why: because its time for another one!
