What about having a BBQ or something? This coming Sat is good for me (the 14th). If there's enough interest we could have it at my folks pad. Plenty of room and everything only downside is im on the north tip of san diego, about 30mins from temecula/murrieta. So it would be a drive for you IE folks and everyone else that is further up north. Post up some thoughts..

im good for a meet some time soon... me and dan were talking earlier.. and we were thinking we need to make it a huge meet... something planned far enough in advanced that ALL of so cal can meet up (call in sick, ditch the family, escape jail... whatever it takes)... but taht would require at least a month in advance notice........

any thoughts?

I'm definitely up for a HUGE meet! but yeah give people good time so that everyone from the the So Cal can make it. I couldn't make the last meet at BF because it was to sudden. Lets make an announcement for a big SoCal meet!

Hey James, I've been so busy this year with school, haven't had much time. I'll try to post up meet ideas - any input? Let's set up a huge meet maybe at one of the parks and have a BBQ and cruise afterwards? Any input on places and time? Probably after July 4...

I got a good date! it is the the Prado Park in Chino, begining of august. they have a celebration there, lots of people go there, and plus every year i go, there are more and more fixed up imports there fixed up, since a guy that helped out with the fast the furious cars always goes there to show off some of his rides..we can all get together there. i can find out exactly which weekend it is and post it later...what do you guys think?? its a really cool park to have a BBQ, many people there are doing the same, and this date also gives people plenty of time to show!

a big meet sounds cool with at least 3weeks notice. That way I can get the day off of work.

whos going to the the Auto Fest at the Cali Speedway on Sept 6-7? maybe we can meet here? i know its a long way, but hey this means no excuses on not showing up!

hmmm, it would be good if we could get the location centralized between L.A., ventura, O.C., and SD. like maybe north O.C. or southern L.A. county. Then people can't make the excuse that it is too far. I've seen socal dsm over at Huntington beach one time, or we could go to a big park like carbon canyon or cerritos regional park. or even el dorado or whittier narrows. i think early july would be good like the second or third week after the 4th so shit ain't too hectic.

Jay and I are definitely up for a BBQ or such . . . I'm thinking either El Dorado or Mile Square Park, or Huntington Beach would be cool idea too 'cause we could have a bonfire there. There's also a pretty neat park with a small lake in Brea . . . don't remember the name tho.

At any rate . . . late July or early Aug is cool, except the weekend of Aug 2, we've got a big party for my mom's retirement then.

I'd be more than willing to help arrange and organize things . . .
