Hey all, since about 5 of the socal guys said that Oct 19 is better, the NEW DATE for the socal 2gnt meet is Saturday Oct. 19. This is one week later than originally planned. Info is below, and hope you norcal guys can make it too...

Team 2GNT Socal Meet / Cruise – Saturday, October 19, 2:00 pm

What: Hopefully our largest SoCal 2GNT Meet Yet. Everyone is welcome, and we encourage NorCal 2GNT members to make it down too. We plan to meet at the Vons parking lot in Calabasas, and then cruise down Malibu Canyon Road to Malibu Beach. Then we can take PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) south to Santa Monica pier. We can park at the Santa Monica Place mall’s parking lot (approximately $3 parking fee), and walk around Third Street Promenade and the pier. Dinner will probably be at Hooter’s in Santa Monica, or another restaurant of your choice.

Where: Meet at the Vons parking lot in Calabasas. Take the Valley Circle/Mulholland Drive exit from the 101 freeway. Please use http://mapquest.com or http://yahoo.com to look up directions to get to the Vons parking lot.

When: Saturday, October 19. We plan to meet at the Vons parking lot at 2:00 pm. Please be there on time, as we will take a head count, and hopefully leave by 2:30 pm. The cruise all the way to Santa Monica pier is approximately 30 miles, and will take about an hour or so. Please NO racing or illegal activities, as we all want to just have a nice scenic drive with fellow 2GNT members. We should be in Santa Monica by 4:30 pm, which will give us time to walk around the pier or Third Street Promenade, and have dinner by 6:30 pm.

Sure...sorry guys but I don't think I'll be able to make the meet. As some of you know, I haven't had a driveable car for the past few weeks because of a flat tire. I just ordered some rims but they won't be here until after next week. Hope you guys have a good time still.

I live 3 exits further east then California St. Get off at University, make a right then a quick left and go for a mile and a half or so, and not too far off of Citrus.
You want to meet somewhere so we can follow eachother to Calabasis??? Looks like my ol'lady is still trying to make up her mind if she wants to go or not, so it may be a long lonley drive for me :(

Magic rice huh? I guess the 1g beaters trophy is no longer magical after Steve took it out at the last meet...

It looks like I'll be busy replacing my rack and pinion this saturday morning because my current one is leaking a lot of power steering fluid through the rubber boot on the passenger side everytime I turn the wheels all the way. I bought a refurbished replacement with a lifetime warrenty, but I hope this fixes the problem. If the mechanic is done under 4 hours than I'll be rolling to the meet.

Hope you can make it down Abe...let's get some more socalers to show up too...it'll be a fun meet since we'll actually cruise together...well, i'll be riding shotgun since I won't have my car...

Okay i have some news from my stand point about today. I don't know if the san bernardino guys want to meet up with me today cause i am going to have to drop my daughter off at my parents house off the 60fwy and mountain. You are more then welcome to meet up with me still at pharohs, just drop me an Email (ml.strykerd@verizon.net) or call my cell phone (909 223-6528). Then after we meet however we are going to have to drop down to the 60fwy to drop off "me kid!"
oh well that is the big set back for me today.....
