eclipse tical, im over by the ihop on 355. up there by midas.

there is a guy near where i live that has a white eclipse with the license tag "N O S" on it. he does have one of those big rpm guages and some guages on the a-pillar, so he probably has someting in there... any of you guys know who he/she is?
