Ok There is a Hot Import Nights coming up on July 13th at the Los Angles Convention Center. I am going to debut 2 of the NewEdgeRacing Project cars there. On top up that we will have a venue setup. I am trying to work out a deal with HIN right now to get 2GNT members in free so it will be more then worth the trip. I also need someone to do the event coverage for me. (You Will Be paid for it) I know Marcus does this now but I think he does it for a place all ready. So if he can not do it I would be more then happy if someone took up the spot.

This is real early but we SoCal people are the busy type so this way if you’re working you have time to get off that day :)

u stay up late dude. what kind of event coverage are u talking about? video, photos, etc. For video's i may be able to borrow my uncle's vhs-c camera. photos, i only have a regular film camera. i'm not so sure if hot import nights would be worth going to. the last few haven't been so hot, more like lame.

Hey Shaun, I will be out of state, so I won't be able to do it, but I know a lot of socal guys that would probably be interested like James (weezle) or maybe Dan (thedawg). I'm sure someone will respond, especially if they can get in for free.

Sure, it's not just about drilling holes for the install though. Most of the time it won't fit right and you may need to modify. What kind of bumper are you thinking about?

Hey Marcus, I plan on getting a Rudora front. I'm not sure of its fiberglass or urethane tho. But I'm leaning towards urethane because its more durable. (or so they say) My friend could get it for me and paint it too. Not sure if he'd do the install. So that's why I'm asking. How much do u think it'll be then? Should u do the paint before or after installing? Thanks for the info.

Rudora only comes in fiberglass, and you have to install before you paint to find all the stress points. If he can paint it, he most likely can install it too. If you took off the stock bumper, T&L would charge roughly 200 to 250 to paint and install the front if it fits without any fiberglass modification needed.

About the meeting place, I'm not familiar with the LA area. If it were the LB convention center, I'd know a lot of places to meet. But its the LA convention center. There is both a Burger King and a McDonalds near the convention center. Those could be possible meeting places. I may have to enter the covnention center early though. One of my friends is supposed to model and I may tag along (if she can get extra passes).

Well my friend was chosen as one of the models for the show, so it looks like I'll probably go with her at around 4:30 (she is supposed to have me on the guest list). If something falls through, I'll try to meet up with you guys at the McDonalds. Either way, I'll be @ the show for sure. Look for me around Ichiban's booth if anyone gets a chance.
