What do you guys think this bike will run in a 1/4 mile?

My buddy at work has one and keeps wanting race me when I get my car out of the shop.
I will have 440's and rebuilt everything with 8.5:1 JE's, and whatever amount of boost I can run with this setup.

I know he will waste me but I want to know how bad before I look like an ass.
It can't be too too bad it is just a 600.

well i have a 97 yamaha yzf 600 and its only got like maybe 10 or 20 less hp. but its freakin fast. you might say its only a 600 but i can do 70 in 1st gear and i'd estimate the 0-60 at maybe 4.5 to 5.5 sec.

Uhh.. the new GSXR 600's are fuel injected and fast as hell. My cousin's all stock 2000 that had less power ran 11.7@122 and the new ones are low 11's high 10's. Good luck!!!

Here is a dyno chart for a stock 2001 which is same for a 2002..over 100hp at the rear wheel AND the weight is 359lbs dry! Thats a nice power/weight ratio..:)
