Well guys, I went back to the track again and did a little tunning. I ran out of time towards the end of the night and was still running quite a bit rich. I was told the humidity killed everyone's MPH that night. Tell me what you think.

60ft - 1.821
330ft - 5.535
1/8th - 8.614
1/8th MPH - 79.66
1000' ET - 11.232
1/4th ET - 13.491
1/4th MPH - 99.80

Thats awesome dude. See what a minimum of cheap boltons can do when focused on the right areas. I'd say that IC is heatsoaking badly around the 1/8th mile marker. You have a great 1/8 mile, but end up with a high 90 trap. On a cold night I bet your traps are in the 100-102mph range.

Well, I went to the track last night since it was nice and cool to see what I could get. For those of you that don't know, I have a 99 auto GSX with a 14b@17psi. The car was full weight with stock sidemount and on pump gas.

60ft - 1.809
330ft - 5.463
1/8ET - 8.513
1/8MPH - 80.21
1000'ET - 11.114
1/4ET - 13.345
1/4MPH - 102.74

Over all I was pretty pleased. My MPH increased by 3mph and my ET droped a tenth and a half. Some other highlights were a pass that was over 103mph and also managed a 1.7 60ft. To bad both of those didn't come together or it probably would have come close to the 12's.
One prob I ran into that I hope one of you can answer for me is this. I was building boost from a stop the whole night great. Spooled up fully in a matter of secs. As soon as I put in some race gas, it would not build boost nearly as fast. It was so bad my 60ft's droped to 2.2's. It would build fine once I was moving but not from a stop. How could race gas cause this? Thanks alot guys.

That's GREAT! :thumbsup

You seem to be doing well off the line with that auto tranny. If you could tell everyone how you are launching, that would be excellent information to include with your times, so anyone with an auto tranny AWD will know what to try and do with their cars :)

You are doing well launching with the stock tranny and stall converter (I am assuming everything is stock with your transmission).

I would assume he's doing the normal way since he's building boost at the line.
ie: Stand on brakes and give it gas till boost builds and then let up to launch.
The problem you might be having with the race gas is you don't really need it. ;)
When you start running crazy boost then you can give it a whirl but for now, I'd stick with pump til you get her all tuned.
