What a blast. 2 days of hanging the Evo out around every turn. I was in the novice group since it was my first time on the track (with a car anyway), and I never got passed once. I was fastest in my group which included 3 - M3's, an M5, a prepped 944, an S4, 2-911's, a Celica, an older SE-R, a new Jag R, a Boxster, and an old Alfa. I chewed up the tires, overheated the brakes, and can't wipe the grin off of my face. :7 I must have gotten hit on the head to think Drag Racing was more fun than being on a road course. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone that's serious about driving. I've been driving for a long time (22 years), and I still learned a lot this weekend. If you can, check it out! :thumbsup

That great! :cheers

I love hearing about road racing and autocross here, it's just too bad we don't have more people try it out.

Keep up the good work!

Congrats man. I'm not to far from there. I wanted to start getting some track days with bikes there but that fizzled out. I will hopefully be getting an evo soon so maybe you can show me the ropes there.

Check the tracks website for school dates. Even if you don't run your car you can get a ride with an instructor if you know someone there (me!). It's way more fun than doing the 1/4 mile thing.:cheers
